Shipping policy
At NovPop, every portrait is created especially for you. Because our products are custom-made, the delivery process includes both artwork creation time and shipping time. Below you will find an overview of how orders are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our artists begin working on your custom portrait based on the photo and details you provided.
Before production begins, we review the image to ensure it is suitable for the selected portrait style. If there are any issues with the photo quality or details, our team may contact you for clarification.
Since each portrait is created individually, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and the current order volume.
Typical artwork production time:
- Digital portrait preview: approximately 1 business days
- Revisions (if requested): 1–2 additional business days
- Printing and preparation: 2–4 business days
Customers will usually receive a preview of the portrait before final printing when applicable.
2. Shipping Time
After the artwork has been approved and production is completed, the order will be prepared for shipping.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Tracking information may take a short time to update after the shipment leaves our facility.
4. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or cannot be delivered, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to update the order before it ships.
5. International Shipping
NovPop ships to many countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frames, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Holiday shipping volume
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist in tracking the shipment.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Including photos of the package and product can help us resolve the issue more quickly.
Our team will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
8. Digital Portrait Delivery
For customers who order digital portrait files only, the completed artwork will be delivered by email once the final version has been approved.
Digital files are typically delivered in high-resolution format suitable for printing or sharing online.
