1. What is a Custom Portrait Painting?
A custom portrait painting is an artistic work created based on the photo you provide. Our designers will transform your photo into a unique illustration or portrait painting according to the style you choose.
2. How do I place an order?
Just choose the portrait style you like, upload your photo, select the size or format, and then complete the checkout. Once your order is confirmed successfully, our designer will start the design process.
3. What kind of photos should I upload?
Try to upload a photo with clear facial features, clearly showing your facial outline. The face of the person in the photo should be easily recognizable. Good lighting and a higher resolution usually result in better effects.
4. Can I upload multiple photos?
Yes, you can. If you want the characters or pets in the picture to appear in different photos, our designers can combine them into one image.
5. Can I include my pet in this portrait?
Sure. Pets are also part of the family. Many customers like to have their dogs or cats included in their portraits.
6. How long does it take to create my portrait?
Most portraits can be completed within a few days. On average, this piece will take approximately 2 to 4 working days to finish.
7. Can I see the portrait before it is printed?
This is the case for many orders. Before the actual production begins, we will send you a preview image first. This way, you can view the portrait before the actual printing takes place.
8. Can I ask for changes if something doesn’t look right?
Sure. If you wish to make some adjustments, simply let us know during the preview stage, and we will do our best to make the necessary corrections until you are satisfied.
9. What if my photo is not very clear?
If the photo is too blurry or too dark, we can contact the other party directly and ask them to take another one, so that our designer can create the most outstanding portrait photo.
10. What products can I order?
You can usually choose between:
- Digital portrait files
- Printed posters
- Framed portraits
- Canvas prints
Available options may vary depending on the portrait style.
11. Do you offer digital portrait services?
Yes. If you prefer the electronic version, once the work is completed, we can send you a high-resolution file via email.
12. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on where you live. Most orders arrive within about 5–12 business days after the portrait is finished.
13. Do you offer delivery services to other countries?
Yes, we provide delivery services to numerous countries around the world.
14. Can I obtain the tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link so that you can monitor the progress of the package.
15. Can I cancel the order?
If we haven't started creating the portrait for you yet, we might be able to cancel the order. But once the creative work has begun, it is usually impossible to cancel.
16. What should I do if my package is damaged upon delivery?
If the received goods are damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and attach pictures of the goods and packaging. We will assist in handling this matter.
17. Can I return or exchange the custom-made portrait painting?
Since the custom-made portraits are specially made for you, they are usually not returnable. However, if there are any errors or damages, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
18. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of secure payment methods, including major credit cards, Paypal, and other common online payment options that can be used during the checkout process.
19. Is it safe to shop on your website?

20. Can I order a portrait as a gift?

21. Can you ship the order directly to the person I’m gifting it to?
Yes. Just enter their shipping address during checkout and we’ll send the portrait directly to them.
22. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available if you’d like the recipient to choose their own portrait style.
23. Can I add a special request for my portrait?
Sure. You can leave notes or instructions when placing your order, and our artists will do their best to follow them.
24. What if I made a mistake in my order details?
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If the artwork hasn’t started yet, we may be able to update the order.
