Yes, you can request a photo change if your portrait has not entered the production stage. Please contact us as soon as possible so our team can help update the image.
Most custom portraits are completed within 2–4 business days. Once the artwork is finished, your order will proceed to the shipping stage.
If you notice that the wrong photo was uploaded, please contact us immediately with the correct image. Our support team will review your request and update the order if production has not started yet.
